Workflow structure
The intercalibration combination workflow combines the E/p harness corrections with the Zee eta scales and produces an sqlite file that can be uploaded to the EcalInterCalibConstants tag.
Zee mass plots are produced after ever ntuple step for validation and an HLT rate validation is added for the final ICs.
In addition E/p harness and eta scale corrected per-harness ICs are calculated for validation purposes.
The initial conditions for the first ntuple step and the IC combination tasks are taken from a reference IOV specified in iccombine_input_gt_tags.json
depending on the run number.
The per-crystal IC workflow combines the E/p harness corrections with eta scale corrected per-crystal ICs calculated from Z fits and Zee eta scales and produces an sqlite file that can be uploaded to the EcalInterCalibConstants tag. Zee mass plots and an HLT rate validation are performed for the final ICs.
